Machine for mosaic automatic composition COMPONO

The mosaic composition machines COMPONO are suitable to realize frets, checkerboards and various mixtures with different colours or formats.

They are characterized by one or more material feeders (one for every colour or format) that supply the tesseras in single row after the recognition of the good side in the drawing area; with the help of suction cups tesseras are placed in the positions that have been selected from the pattern of the composition pictures.

An easy touch screen facilitates the fast definition of the single panels composition program and allows to define the extent of the single production lot; in this way, every time that a lot is completed, the machine automatically starts the production of the following lot.
