SECO 451-452-453 continuous saws have
been realized for cutting, chamfering, profiling
and splitting many types of tiles (ceramic,
glass, marble, granites and stone). These machines are suitable for
high productions (also small lots) of listels and pieces
of every shape and dimension.The machines are characterized
by a steel structure protected by a galvanization
treatment before the final working; it is possible to change
the conveyor belt in a few minutes with other belts,
equipped with niches that are suitable for the production
of special shapes (triangles, trapezoids, lozenges).
The spindle-holding heads are equipped with vertical
and transversal adjustment for the ideal positioning
of the tools; these tools are pre-mounted over proper
sleeves, and an easy and quick move allows to position
them.The belt transmission between motors and disks-holding
shaft allows the adoption of the ideal rotation speed
of the tools, guaranteeing a great saving and a better
working efficiency.
