The machine for mosaic composition ROTO COMPONO 304 is characterized by a very high production capacity and easy operation.
The positioning of the pieces inside the grid, is obtained by passing an uniform and constant flow of mosaic pieces over a vibrating plane with 4 trays or composition grids. The pieces, which do not find an available niches fall on a belt transport and return in the feeding container.
The movements of the grids in the machine is fully automatic while feeding and discharging of the grid is usually executed by an operator in few seconds. In case of one-side mosaic (polished, glazed ecc) it is available (as an optional feature) an additional section for the recognition and turnover operation of the incorrect pieces.
